At African Family Fashion, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it under the following conditions:

Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.

  • If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note: shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We do offer exchange.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

  • In case of a defective or wrong item received, we will cover the return shipping fee.
