Order Processing Time
•Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
•Orders placed after 5:00 PM (PST) will begin processing the following business day.
Shipping and Delivery Time
•Transit Time: 5-9 business days after processing.
•Total Delivery Time: 6-12 business days (processing + transit).
Order Cut-Off Time
•Orders must be placed by 5:00 PM (PST) to be processed the same business day.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress. You can also track your order directly on our website via the “Order Tracking” link in the main navigation.

2.Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.
